Can't Find Your Tickets?

There are 2 likely reasons why you haven’t got your tickets via email:

Your registered email address is different to the one you’re currently using

You may have changed job, mis-typed or simply changed your email address. If you think you can remember the email address you initially registered with then try logging in - you can always use the forgotten password facility to re-send your security details to yourself.

If you've been able to remember your old email address and password then log into 'MyLateNight' and update your email address at the 'My Profile' page before going to the 'MyTickets' section and downloading a copy of your tickets.

If you can’t remember what email address you used when you registered or if you mis-typed it then call the MyLateNight team on 0870 7777 080 and they’ll investigate.

Your email provider is blocking the delivery by categorising the email as Spam.

We suggest you email your provider's support team and ask them to unblock emails which end with this address: "@mylatenight.co.uk". Plus you might want to check your spam folder as the tickets may have been mistakenly put in there.

Please, I just want my tickets…

You can always login to MyLateNight by going to the login box at http://buy.mylatenight.co.uk and entering your security details (you can get these from the email we sent you when you first registered).

Once logged in you’ll see a link to ‘MyTickets’ on the left hand side – click on this and you’ll see the details of all the tickets that you’ve purchased. You’ll be able to click on a link on the right hand side of this table to download a PDF copy of your ticket.

I haven’t got the PDF Reader

You can get it free from http://www.adobe.com/. Or alternatively, just write your ticket id down, bring it along with some ID and our front of house staff will be able to check you in.

Why do I have to sign-up?

Our aim is to provide you with the best possible service; by registering with us we’ll be able to easily access your purchases, enquiries and reservation history and to ensure that our staff can contact you to discuss any of your requirements.

You’ll only need to register once and you’ll get access to MyLateNight partner bars and clubs websites across the UK. You can see a complete list of the venues here.

OK - I’ve seen the list of websites I can access, do I need to sign-up for each?

No - once you’ve registered you security details grant you access to all of the sites - just look for the login area.

I’m not sure if I’m already a member?

If you’re not sure whether you’ve already signed up (perhaps via one of our partner bar websites) then use the forgotten password facility - input your e-mail address and if you’re registered then you’ll be able to get your security details sent to your e-mail account.

I don’t have an e-mail address - can I still buy a ticket?

Of course - please call us - either at the venue telephone number provided or call the central MyLateNight.co.uk team on 0870 7777 080.

Will you give my information to any third parties?

Nope, Never!

OK - I’ve registered - now what?

You can now do a whole range of things - you’ll get an e-mail from MyLateNight detailing what you can do and your security details.

How do I buy tickets?

http://Buy.mylatenight.co.uk is the preferred site for buying tickets at events throughout our partner bars and restaurants. When you’re ready to complete your purchase you’ll need to login or sign-up. If you’re already a member then just put in your current security details (there’s a forgotten password facility just in case you forgot!)

Are these all the events on offer?

We’ve made the site really easy to use. We only show events that have available tickets. If the event is close to starting then we may ask you to contact the bar directly to ensure that we can accommodate you. We recommend that you make your ticket purchase early to avoid disappointment.

When buying a ticket please note that the purchase in non-refundable so make sure that you’re happy with it! Some tickets may have related dining or guest list reservations, which can be cancelled if required.

Uh oh - credit card details? Is it safe?

To ensure your security we use Sec Pay, a leading online payment processing company to validate your credit/debit card (sorry we don’t take cheques). We’ve also put a secure certificate on the site so that your session data is safe. We don’t store credit/debit card details at our server.

Will it take ages to get my tickets?

Nope – as soon as your transaction is confirmed you’ll get an eTicket sent to your email address. This will be in a PDF format. You’ll also get a summary email listing all the tickets you have just purchased. You’ll need to print out your ticket and take it with you when attending the event.

I’ve lost my ticket and my e-mail’s down!

Don’t panic. Login to MyLatenight and you’ll see the ticket there under ‘mytickets’. Just write your ticket number down and take some ID with you to the event.If you have a related reservation you’ll also see a link to that (and vice versa). If everything is down and you can’t access the web then call us on 0870 7777 080 and we’ll take a look for you.

What if I need to cancel a related reservation?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation. When we send you your reservation confirmation, the e-mail will detail the cancellation policy - please read this carefully. If you wish to cancel in good time then simply click on the ‘request cancellation’ button at the appropriate enquiry detail page. Our staff will be alerted and will cancel the reservation for you. When our staff cancel the reservation it will no longer show at the ‘My Calendar’ page.

When buying a ticket please note that the purchase is non-refundable so make sure that you’re happy with it!
